ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified? How to solve?
I installed the 64bit DSN (Data Source Name) as Oracle Databases 11g Release 2. Above is the problem shows after i configured the System DSN

使用ping命令ping数据库主机名是否会通，如果不通直接使用hosts解析主机名
如果还不行，更改一下sqlnet.ora，将SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)注释掉

使用tnsping 確認一下, 假如oracle 數據庫就在本機, listener 沒有啟動無所謂, 假是是不同的主機. 請在DB上執行lsnrctl status 確認listener 是否啟動.
