如何处理“discard the redo log”报错

服务器是VMware esxi 5.5版本，里面跑着4个虚拟机。周末断电后，启动虚拟机，其中一个报错“The redo log of VisualSVNServer_1-000001.vmdk is corrupted. If the problem persists, discard the redo log.” 另外三个运行正常。有处理过此问题的大神吗 求帮助！！！
