华为与Cisco交换机对接问题

华为S5700和Cisco 2960 对接

互联的接口都是Trunk。
Cisco的接口配置只有Trunk 没有其他配置
华为S5700的端口配置为：
port link-type trunk
undo port trunk allow-pass vlan 1
port trunk allow-pass vlan 4 to 39 200 402 to 420 4000
stp config-digest-snoop
stp point-to-point force-true
ntdp enable
ndp enable                              
bpdu enable
trust 8021p
qos schedule-profile xxxx



现在的问题是在华为S5700上会收到很多来自Cisco 2960的TC包，有时候会导致CPU使用率很高（99%），请问有什么办法可以限制吗？
PS：这台Cisco 2960 接的都是交换机而且 都是Trunk 互联，没有直接接终端。
