这个你得找供应商，找对应型号或者适用于这个路由器型号的风扇。
更换倒是简单，拆箱直接换上就行。

可以單換風扇的軸承就好，因為大部分壞掉的風扇都是軸承壞了而以，可以找找網路上風扇拆解，買相對性的軸承換上即可，記得，一個風扇都有兩個軸承喔。

the 38xx routers are 'end of life' as per Cisco. you have a couple of options including ebay, local classifieds, or a 3rd party distributor. there are many manufactures in China that sell a plethora of parts.

备件已经有了，就是不知道该怎么操作，风扇是不是在前面板，打开更换就行吗？需要停机吗？

我只换过28系列的，风扇是在侧面，前面板打不开，是可以打开上盖，就像机架式服务器那样开上盖。需要停机。
