关于核心考试CCNP&CCIE(350-401)选择题第15题问题讨论

各位兄台，大家好，我又发现一个问题，在题库（350-401）中，第15道选择题题干很明确，可是选项排版上出现了错乱，看不清哪是A\B\C\D，最后题库给出的答案是D，我很懵逼。
QUESTION 15 The login method is configured on the VTY lines of a router with
these parameters.
• The first method for authentication is TACACS
• If TACACS is unavailable, login is allowed without any provided credentials
Which configuration accomplishes this task?


请问有谁看懂了A\B\C\D的选项内容并来讲解一下吗？我知道答案是B，可是因为题目中的排版问题，导致我根本不知道哪里是选项D的起始点。
